Homebuyer Classes
Washington State Housing Finance Commission Sponsored First Time Home Buyer Education. Learn the steps to buying your first home and several Down Payment Assistance loans that are available for the First Time Home Buyer. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the class, valid for two years. Prepare better to find the right loan type that will work best for you and help you know how much you qualify for, when it's time to look for a home.
